These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AriseNote, a Notion widget service operated by:

By using AriseNote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
AriseNote lets you create interactive widgets based on data from your Notion databases.
To use the Service, you must connect your Notion account and grant AriseNote access to selected Notion pages or databases. AriseNote only accesses the Notion data you choose to share.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use AriseNote.
AriseNote is intended for personal use by consumers. You may not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
3. Account
To use AriseNote, you need to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- keeping your login credentials secure;
- all activity under your account;
- notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create multiple accounts to obtain multiple free trials or avoid payment.
4. Free Trial and Subscription
AriseNote may offer a 7-day free trial for new users.
After the free trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions may be available with monthly or annual billing.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Current plan limits, features, and prices are shown on the pricing page. We may change prices or plan features with reasonable advance notice.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.
If payment fails, we may limit or suspend access until payment is completed.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@arisenote.com.
After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. You will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.
Cancellation does not automatically delete your account.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
If you are a consumer in the European Union, EEA, or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day the paid subscription contract is concluded, usually the day your payment is processed.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.
Because AriseNote is a digital service, access to the paid Service may begin immediately after payment. By using the paid Service during the withdrawal period, you expressly request that we begin providing the Service before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw after the paid Service has already started, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the Service already provided, where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
8. Notion Integration
AriseNote depends on the Notion API. You control which Notion pages and databases AriseNote can access.
AriseNote may access:
- your Notion user information;
- the list of pages/databases you granted access to;
- the contents of selected databases for widget display.
We read Notion database contents to display your widgets. We may temporarily cache this data for performance, but we do not permanently store your Notion database contents.
If Notion changes or restricts its API, some features may stop working. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by Notion or other third-party services.
9. Your Content
You keep all rights to your Notion content.
By using AriseNote, you give us a limited permission to access and display your selected Notion data only to provide the Service.
We do not own your content. We do not use your Notion data to train AI models.
10. AriseNote Intellectual Property
AriseNote, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, belongs to Maksim Gusev.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without permission.
11. Prohibited Use
You may not use AriseNote to:
- violate laws or third-party rights;
- upload or display illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or obscene content;
- attack, disrupt, overload, or exploit the Service;
- access the Service with bots, scrapers, or automated tools unless we allow it;
- create fake accounts or abuse free trials;
- resell or redistribute access to the Service;
- use the Service to train AI or machine learning models.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Service Availability
We try to keep AriseNote available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, Notion API issues, third-party outages, or events outside our control.
If long-lasting technical issues caused by AriseNote prevent you from using the Service, you may contact us and we may offer a reasonable solution, such as a refund or extension.
13. Privacy
Your use of AriseNote is subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
In all other cases, our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
If you are a consumer, this does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.
